She might be one of the biggest pop stars in the world but singing superstar Rihanna is not afraid to mix with ordinary folk.

Having wowed 20,000 fans at London's O2 Arena on Tuesday night, the Bajan singer popped into McDonald's for a Big Mac and fries.

Ri-Ri, who happily took the Tube to her first 02 gig, rolled up at the Charing Cross branch of the fast food giant with a couple of bodyguards in tow but queued patiently before placing her order.

A stunned witness told The Sun: "It was amazing to see one of the world's biggest female stars queuing like everyone else.

"I was the only one who realised it was her. She took her food, paid and slipped away - no one batted an eyelid."
