Rihanna Wraps 777 Tour In NYC, Complains Of Illness

Rihanna wrapped her whirlwind 777 Tour in New York last night (20th November), stepping out in a baggy black leather ensemble that even MC Hammer would be proud of.

Ahead of RiRi's last gig as part of her seven-date, seven-country, seven-day jaunt, the Diamonds singer attended the launch of album, Unapologetic, in the Big Apple - stunning those present by covering up her famous curves.

During the event, held at the Best Buy Theatre, the Bajan babe met some of her diehard fans, even handing out early Christmas presents to those who had showed up to celebrate the release of her seventh studio LP.

Now her 777 Tour is over, The Metro has reported that her rider consisted of Haribo, Oreo biscuits, mini Babybel and cans of Red Bull.

Following reports that Rihanna had not spent much time with those present on her private jet, the star has since apologised when their trip together came to an end yesterday (20th November).

According to USMagazine.com, the 24-year old addressed those on the plane and referenced the Aussie journalist who streaked, stating: "Guess what, we made it! This has been an experience that I will never ever forget. I barely slept.

“My sleeping was all done on this plane, I want to thank everyone for making this trip the sh**. I want to see the naked Australian!”

She continued: "I was glad I did this, absolutely. Tonight is the night everything we did this week goes off. I know you guys got barely any dirt. But I had to be good. I still sound like s**t.

"It's impossible to spend time with everybody, and I'm sorry I didn't. But this was excellent and I would definitely do it again."

The We Found Love hitmaker later explained to US Weekly that she had been suffering from a cough during her stint in the sky, revealing: "I had to preserve my health. Normally, I'd be back here popping bottles with y'all.

"I had to preserve my voice. I was worried about my body more than partying on the plane, so I had to just sleep whenever I could."

She added in a video diary: "Because it’s so much work... your immune system weakens. You’re open to viruses."

Earlier on in the tour, Rihanna had also complained: "There’s so many people on the plane... we’ll definitely be sharing flu. I know that sounds gross, but that’s life."
