Rihanna's father has revealed he would be "ecstatic" if the Bajan babe married boyfriend Chris Brown.
Following rumours that Breezy may have popped the question after RiRi was seen wearing a diamond sparkler on her engagement ring finger at the Grammy Awards, her dad Ronald Fenty has now revealed the couple have his blessing.
Speaking to Now magazine from his home in Barbados, Fenty said of their reunion: "Of course they'd have my blessing. I would be ecstatic. I like Chris.
"He's a very old- fashioned kind of guy, with straight-up morals and he's always been very decent to me."
The 54-year old went on to add that he can't wait to become a grandfather, telling the publication: "That should be the next thing, to have at least one child. I would like it to happen. I'm sure she'd be a great mum."
Despite their bitter break-up following Chris' 2009 assault on RiRi, Ronald claimed he's pleased their romance is back on track: "I think they looked good as a couple. She seems happy. I hope they'll both be happy."
Fenty added that he's 'forgiven' Breezy for attacking Rihanna, stating: "A lot of people in Barbados still like Chris Brown. They've forgiven him as I've forgiven him…
"I wish people in the Western world would see he's not the villain he's made out to be. He shouldn't have a life sentence for one mistake.
"Everybody needs a second chance. It's up to him what he does with it. I think he's smart enough not to blow it again."
