Rita Ora is reported to have parted ways with her boyfriend Ricky Hil.

The X Factor judge and pop star had been dating the rapper, whose real name is Richard Hilfiger and whose father is fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger, for more than a year.

The Mirror blames the pressures of her hectic career for the split - with a source describing their relationship as "increasingly strained" in recent weeks.

"As Rita's star has risen, things had been frosty for some time," the friend said.

"Her career is really flying at the moment, with her role on The X Factor and her music career topping the charts – while Rich is much more laid back.

"Their very different outlooks on life seem to have been a factor."

And the paper's source also suggested that it was Rita, 24, who decided to call time on the relationship.

"They both have very fiery personalities and don't hold back with their feelings and opinions," the mole went on.

"Rich became a bit uncomfortable about her meeting lots of other successful and good looking people in her A-list circle, and it became a real sore point between them.

"Everything came to a head, and Rita decided the relationship couldn't go on any longer."
