Delevingne and Styles were later snapped leaving his pad in the early hours of Tuesday morning, while Ora - who is also said to have visited Gardner's property on Saturday - was seen making her exit at 2pm the next day.
The 22-year old babe was wearing the same clothes from the night before, suggesting she stayed the night.
Rita is yet to comment on the latest reports surrounding her love life.
