Rita Ora: 'I'm In Therapy For Death Phobia'

X Factor judge reportedly seeking help for anxiety issues...

Rita Ora has reportedly been speaking about the serious anxiety that has led her to attend regular therapy sessions.

The new X Factor judge told The Sun that she has a long-running fear of death and that she's sought help to deal with it.

"Death is my biggest phobia," she said.

"I used to have panic attacks when I was little, saying, 'Mum, I don't want to die.'

"I've been to therapy and still try to go every week."

And she added that a particularly bad panic attack in 2013 changed her outlook on life.

"It scared the living s**t out of me. I started to value things, see things differently. This world can really eat you up and you can forget who you are."

And in the same interview she was quizzed about her "rivalry" with Rihanna - but stayed tight-lipped on the subject.

"It is what it is. I'm a fan, I'm a huge fan," she said.

Sending you hugs Rita!
