Instead of your casual warm up exercises or a quick listen to his favourite song, KJ can been seen in a video on his Insta staring at his topless reflection in a mirror, flexin’ those biceps.

“Preparation is essential for a good performance,” KJ captioned the vid, which we’re going to assume was filmed by Cole Sprouse.
