Rob Kardashianhas been charged with battery and theft following an alleged altercation with a paparazzo.

As we [uuid=49bcfa7b-6cf5-46ea-b6b5-d4583b94b362]Kim Kardashian's young brother was accused of lashing out at snapper Andra Vaik and stealing her camera outside a gym in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, Rob pinched Vaik's memory card after she took a topless snap of him.

Her lawyer told the website: "While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian's violent behaviour and his use of force towards Ms Vaik was completely unjustified."

TMZ has revealed that the Keeping Up With The Kardashashian star has now been charged with one count of battery and one count of petty theft - both misdemeanor offences.

However, Kardashian insists that Vaik was trespassing on private property which allowed her to get the shot, with a witness claiming they saw her waiting for him in a garage.
