After keeping away from the public eye for over a year, it seems Rob Kardashian is still struggling with his weight issues.

While it’s been thought that the star has been slowly and steadily getting himself back to 100%, it’s now being rumoured that he’s ‘out of control’ again.

Following sweet messages of support from his sisters Kourtney and Khloe, a source has told RadarOnline: “Rob has gone off the rails again. He is, once again, out of control.

“He was doing so well for a minute but is now off the radar again and he seems to feel neglected because the entire family is focused on Kim, as usual.

“Nobody knows what to do anymore because Rob will not even leave the house. He seems really bad off and everyone is really worried.”

Back in September, it looked as though Rob had got back some of his confidence as he posted a photo of himself on Instagram.

But since then, he’s gone back to avoiding the spotlight, even opting out of his family’s Thanksgiving picture last month.

An insider has also told People about Rob’s struggles, explaining: “It makes the family sad. He deals with depression, weight issues and low self-esteem, but that's been going on for a long time.

"The family, especially Khloe, is very much there for him but it has to be his own journey to figure out."
