Mr Williams could be forced to delete a tune off his new album cos its upset his old manager

Robbie Williams former manager Nigel Martin Smith has threatened the singer with court action unless he axes a song about him from his new album.

The track in question is called 'The 90s' and is said to contain serious allegations about Take That guru Smith, reports The Sun.

Unless Robbie and his peeps find a way around the problem the tune will have to be deleted from longplayer 'Rudebox'which could delay its October 23 release.

Robbies legal team are dealing with the issue at the mo but have agreed to stop the tune being distributed until the matter is resolved.

Mr Williams has never made any secret of the fact he cant stand his old Take That boss and their feud has been rumbling since he first went solo.
