Robbie Williams Calls Cheryl Cole 'A Bit Of A Slapper'

Robbie Williams has jokingly calledCheryl Cole "a bit of a slapper" for [uuid=e29c38c1-a19c-44ff-b572-dafb6788bed7]Gary Barlow in the judges' houses episode of the show - but in a surprise twist Chezza was given the role instead.

Both stars are currently promoting their comeback albums and tours, and speaking to Capital FM Robbie confessed he was "gutted" to have been dropped in favour of Cheryl.

But he pledged to return to the show, adding: "As long as there is an X Factor, there’s going to be a Robbie Williams on the X Factor – as long as people are still watching it."

He also discussed the naming of his and wife Ayda Field's unborn baby daughter.

"As a celebrity couple we’re supposed to call it Aubergine or something like that aren’t we?," he joked.

"I do have a semi sort of celebrity name but it's not Apple-esque.  It's a very solid old-school name. Really old-school. I think I only know one other of this name, but you've got to see the child before you go 'Yeah, that’s her name'."
