Robbie Williams “Close To Death”
He reveals his massive drug intake…
Robbie Williams believes he was close to death whilst addicted to drugs.
Speaking to The Sun he revealed how bad his addiction to narcotics got a few years ago.
He said: “At the time you don’t give a sh*t if you pop your clogs. I must have been very very close.
“I would have carried on to be honest. You get to the point that far into your addiction, you’re not bothered whether you live or die…. I might have been a couple of days or 24 hours from dying”
The singer- who releases his new single Bodies this month- revealed he took prescription pills Vicodin, cocaine, LSD, speed, ecstasy and heroin at various points.
Robbie says he was saved by going into rehab on his 33rd birthday in 2007.
He continued: “I was on my way out. It wasn’t the best period of my life. You see Anna Nicole Smith goes off- pills. Michael Jackson goes off- pills. And Heath Ledger. I can relate to all of that.”
