Robert De Niro, one of the best actors in the world, recently tried to pull popstar Jamelia who is thirty eight years younger than him!

Apparently the Goodfellas, Godfather II, Raging Bull actor met brummie Jamelia at a private party and couldnt resist her.

She told 'The Mirror': "We were introduced, but he was so full on straight away- talking about how I was a delicious chocolate thing."

The singer, who recently split with her label EMI added: "He started churning out more chat-up lines like Dont you want to become my leading lady?" Smooth Bob, smooth.

Jamelia who is with footballer Darren Byfield was having none of it though: "I told him in no uncertain terms that it was not going to happen," she says.

They definitely would have made an interesting couple, and you thought David Gest and that lady from Emmerdale was strange!
