But R-Pattz won't be playing the iconic movie star himself...

Robert Pattinsonis to star in a film based on the life of iconic movie star Dane DeHaan will play Dean, fresh from high-profile roles in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Kill Your Darlings.
The movie will be directed by Anton Corbjin - the filmmaker responsible for the Ian Curtis biopic Control - and is expected to follow the pair as they travel together between LA, New York and Indiana.
