Robert Pattinson: 'I Don't Want To Be Photographed Any More'
Acting hunk says he's sick of appearing in tabloids and gossip mags...
Robert Pattinson has revealed that he has been trying to keep a lower profile in the media.
Speaking in a press conference at the Cannes Film Festival, the 28-year-old said he'd been going out of his way to avoid paparazzi photographers.
"I'm just trying to not be in stupid gossip magazines, basically, and I think the best way to do it is never be photographed ever," Digital Spy reports him as saying.
"As I get older, I just get more and more and more self-conscious about getting photographed. I don't know why. I've done it too many times and now I feel like everyone can see through me."
And R-Pattz - who is promoting Map To The Stars at Cannes - admitted he was still finding his way in the wake of the enormous fame he gained from the Twilight movies.
"I had done so many parts where I was super-still - like the whole of Twilight. It's so restrictive.
"You do something where you have blood all over your face, you can't be expected to fit into any kind of mold.
"Also, I don't really know who my audience is. I don't know if I have an audience. Outside of Twilight, I don't know."
R-Pattz was yesterday talking about his car-based sex scenes.
