R-Pattz: Kiss With Stewart 'Didn't Really Work'
The Twilight actor had other ideas for accepting his Best Kiss popcorn...
Robert Pattinson has stated that his 'awkward kiss' acceptance speech with Kristen Stewart at this year's Twilight actor, who won the award for Best Kiss for his smooch with K-Stew in New Moon has revealed he had better ideas for what they could do after receiving their Golden Popcorn.
R-Pattz told our US team: "I had the best ideas last night…And I was telling everyone, 'Listen, just leave it to me, I've got it all under control.' ... I was telling everyone all these ideas."
"I gave them a whole selection and no one thought they were funny, so then we ended up doing something which didn't work."
The memorable moment saw Stewart turn to Pattinson and say: "We probably shouldn't do this right?" before Rob grabbed her, span her away from the crowd and planted the kiss on her lips which was obscured by his body.
Fans were left wondering whether Robert, who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight saga had planned the skit in advance or whether it was a spur of the moment thing.
