It was the song of the summer, and now, Blurred Lines crooner Robin Thicke has opened up about his hugely successful year and the struggles he's faced in his career to date.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Thicke said of his 2013 breakthrough: “It couldn’t be more exciting. After two decades of work it’s great to finally have this level of success. I’m certainly not an overnight success."
