Robin Thicke’s ‘Blurred Lines’ Heads Straight To Top Of iTunes Chart
But Jessie J is hot on his heels…
Naughty Boy could have a short reign as the UK’s No.1 single if Robin Thicke has anything to with it after storming the iTunes chart with his new single Blurred Lines (Ft. T.I and Pharrell Williams) going straight to the top spot.
Thicke’s highest UK chart position to date was at No.l1 back in 2007 with Lost Without U but Blurred Lines looks set to be his biggest hit today after landing the No.1 spot in Italy, Australia, Canada and the Netherlands.
If things go to plan it’ll also see Pharrell Williams return to the No.1 position after a week’s hiatus from spending four weeks at the top with Daft Punk featuring on Get Lucky.

However, hot on their heels is the much-anticipated return from Jessie J with The Voice coach’s new single Wild Ft. Big Sean and Dizzee Rascal currently sitting at No.4.
Speaking of the talent show, Daniel Merriweather’s Red and Of Monsters And Men’s Little Talks could go Top 20 next weekend after enjoying a return to the charts after being covered in Saturday’s final battle rounds.
Plus following Will Smith’s Fresh Prince Of Bel Air sensational reunion with Alfonso Ribeiro on The Graham Norton Show over the weekend his 2005 hit Switch is enjoying a surge of sales too.
