Robin Williams' Daughter Pays Poignant Tribute
Zelda Williams breaks silence with Twitter post as she remembers her late father...
Robin Williams' daughter Zelda has paid a poignant tribute to her father on Twitter.
The 25-year-old posted an excerpt from French poet Antoine de Saint-Exupery’s El Principito, which read: “You - you alone will have the stars as no one else has them… In one of the stars I shall be living. In one of them I shall be laughing. And so it will be as if all the stars were laughing, when you look at the sky at night… You - only you - will have stars that can laugh.”
Zelda added her own message, writing: “I love you. I miss you. I’ll try to keep looking up. Z.”

Robin Williams’ last Instagram post - to wish Zelda a happy 25th birthday - was a photo of father and daughter.
As tributes to the actor continue to pour in, Mrs Doubtfire director Chris Columbus has described working with the comedian as a “magical and special privilege”.
According to Digital Spy, Columbus wrote: “We have lost one of our most inspired and gifted comic minds, as well as one of this generation’s greatest actors.
“His performances were unlike anything any of us had ever seen, they came from some spiritual and otherworldly place. He truly was one of the few people who deserved the title of ‘genius’.”
The director’s heartfelt message went on: “We were friends for 21 years. Our children grew up together, he inspired us to spend our lives in San Francisco and I loved him like a brother.
“The world was a better place with Robin in it. And his beautiful legacy will live on forever.”
Robin Williams died yesterday (11 August) at the age of 63.
