Robin Williams' Wife And Children Are Fighting Over His Estate

The late comedian's family have taken the matter to court over who is owed what...

Robin Williams' widow and children are said to be fighting over his estate.

According to court papers filed in December in San Francisco, Robin's wife Susan Williams says some of her personal items were taken from her home without permission.

She claims she's entitled to jewellery, memorabilia and other items which Robin said the children should have.

The children - Zachary, Zelda and Cody - have argued that Susan was "adding insult to a terrible injury" by trying to change the terms of their trust.

Some of the items in the dispute include the actor's collection of watches, as well as the Oscar statuette he won in 1998 for Good Will Hunting.

The much-loved star committed suicide in his home on August 2014.
