9 Things You Have To Do At Rock In Rio Lisbon
YAY!
Rock In Rio Lisbon is in full swing and we literally can't contain our excitement...
Last weekend saw the likes of Queen + Adam Lambert, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Stereophonics and Fergie take to the stage, and this weekend sees Korn, Avicii, Ariana Grande, Charlie Puth and loads more performing...and you can catch up on all of Sunday's action, LIVE with MTV.
Yep, Rock In Rio will be live streaming tonight from 6.30pm BST at rockinrio.mtv.com.
For those of you lucky enough to there, be sure to complete all of our must do tasks. And if you're not going, bad luck, you can simply imagine you're there while watching the live stream...
1. Eat From Over 15 Dining Venues
The festival boasts over 15 places to eat so you'll never be short of choice.
2. Be Sure To Catch Avicii As It May Be His Last Gig In Portugal
As we all know Avicii has said he's going on a bit of a break from performing, and we're not sure when you might get the opportunity to see him again! You better catch his performance as it could be his last in Portugal…
3. Top Up Your Tan In The Portuguese Sun
Like this lot from the festival last weekend, you'd be silly not to enjoy the great Portuguese weather. Just make sure you keep applying that all important factor 30.
4. Enjoy The Multiple Pool Parties Across The Weekend
Make sure you bring your bikini/swimming shorts as you won't want to miss the epic pool parties going on across the weekend.
5. Dance Your Socks Off At Street Parties
Fancy yourself as a bit of a breakdancer? Well, you can show off your skills at the street parties on offer. Did someone say dance-off?
6. Watch The Sunset Over The Amazing Location
What better way could there be to spend your summer evening than listening to some great live music and watching the sun go down over Lisbon? Seems pretty bliss if you ask us.
7. Taste A Portugese Tart
When in Rome… err, we mean Lisbon! While you're in the country you absolutely HAVE to try this local delicacy.
8. Sing Along To Your Favourite Bands
So this weekend's line up is so insane that if you come back with your voice intact then you've not been singing loud enough. From Ariana Grande to Maroon 5, we expect the ULTIMATE sing along.
9. And Finally… ROCK ON!
Well, it's called Rock In Rio for a reason. Everybody get your rock hands at the ready!
