Rosie Huntington Whiteley Wins FHM's Sexiest Woman!

Rosie Huntington Whiteley has pinchedCheryl Cole's crown in Girls Aloud beauty may have won the prestigious title for the past two years, but Chezza failed to top the chart for the third time, paving the way for the BritishJason Statham, celebrated being crowned the sexiest woman in the world at the results bash in London last night.

The 24-year old from Devon said of winning the title: "Wow. Thanks for voting guys. This is a really exciting year for me and I hope you all enjoy Transformers 3."

As if being knocked from the top spot wasn't enough for Cheryl, Katy Perryand Rihannacompleted the top three sexiest women, while the likes of Nicole Scherzinger made an appearance in the top ten.

Tennis star Christiano Ronaldo's girlfriend, Irina Shayk, also earned her place in the countdown, charting at No.10.
