Russell Brand Jokes About Arrest On Twitter

Russell Brand has spoken out about Katy Perry.

It has been alleged that the snapper, Get Him To The Greek actor has since been charged with the offence which could leave his career and wedding plans to the Teenage Dream singer in jeopardy.

According to The Mirror, a spokesman for US Citizen and Immigration Services : "A charge of battery could result in a conviction for an aggravated felony. Any kind of criminal conviction can lead to a visa being revoked."

They added: "If a visa is revoked, the person will then be placed in deportation proceedings and this could lead to them being asked to leave the country and not return."

A source also told the newspaper: "Russell has a lot on his plate right now. He and Katy are in the thick of wedding plans."

"They are busy people, juggling work commitments as well as organising their big day."

Meanwhile, the soon-to-be Mrs. Brand was spotted on her hen do in Las Vegas once Russell was released on bail, fuelling rumours that the pair will marry in the next month.
