Russell Brand has said he wants to wed his girlfriend Katy Perry after just a few months together.

The comic told the Daily Mail: “I'd love to marry Katy - hopefully it's heading that way and I'm really happy.”

Earlier this month Russ and Katy holidayed in Austria with her parents and he told the newspaper it went well:

Brand said: “I really liked her parents, we got on well. But I'm not sure if I want them coming on holiday with us all the time.”

The couple only met in September at the MTV VMAs but have since spent time in Paris, London and LA together.
