Ryan Gosling is reported to have dropped out of a proposed remake of 1970s sci-fi classic Logan's Run.
The star was apparently set to team up with the director of Drive, Nicolas Winding Refn, again for the movie - but Variety claims that he is no longer involved.
The magazine's Justin Kroll tweeted: "Rough news for those Logan's Run fans, I can confirm Ryan Gosling is no longer attached to the project."
The script for the remake is by The Beach author Alex Garland, Will Beall and Andrew Baldwin.
But Refn and Gosling ARE still due to work together again on a Thai boxing thriller called Only God Forgives, which is due to wrap by the end of the year and hit cinemas next year.

Gosling has [uuid=ff3db4a8-30a1-4f3b-884f-4de28b012078]repeatedly been linked[/uuid] to the movie version of sexy novel Fifty Shades Of Grey.
