Geordie Shore's Sam Gowland Shows Off Unreal Four-Week Body Transformation
The Geordie Shore lad is looking trim after just four weeks committed to that gym life.
Chloe Ferry's bae whipped himself into shape, sharing before and after photos that prove if you put in the work, you'll get the results.

Taking to Instagram, Sam uploaded photos of his fitness journey.
In the caption, he wrote: "I have always struggled to get into a healthy routine but now I am Feeling amazing after 4 weeks of fuelling my body with better nutrition."

Sam also gave a shoutout to his personal trainer, writing: "Personal Training sessions with @jamesgarrityfitness check out his 12 week muscle build programme that I am using!"
He made it clear that it wasn't a #Spon or #Ad, writing: "Check out the pages for more info 🙌🏼 this is not a paid post 👊🙏."
We must admit that we are ridiculously impressed with what Sam has been able to achieve in just a month, and he might have even convinced us to drag ourselves to the gym.
Plus Chloe, who has been on board the fitness journey with him, is looking top-notch at the moment too.
The pair made their fitness goals clear at the start of September, revealing that they would be hitting the gym hard and sorting out their nutrition to get strong and feeling good.
And now we feel healthier just looking at them, tbh.
