Riff Raff has slammed Sam Smith online after the singer allegedly cropped him out of a photo taken at the 2014 MTV VMAs last Sunday (August 24).

The Stay With Me singer took to Instagram to share a snap of himself, Katy Perry and Charli XCX at the ceremony - with Sam cutting Riff Raff out of the pic.

He captioned the image: "So amazing to see my girl @charli_xcx last night!! Smashing it so hard #STORTFORD."

After hunting for the original image, we can confirm that the rapper - who attended the bash with K-Pez - has been edited out of the snap, causing Riff Raff to express his anger on Twitter.

The star tweeted: "THANKS FOR CUTTiNG ME OUT OF THE PiCTURE U CHUBBY LiTTLE F**K FACTORY. P.S. YOUR FACE iS SUPER HUGE @samsmithworld."

Smith is yet to respond to his comments.
