Scissor Sisters Spooky New Gig!
The band are hosting their very own fright night. Don't forget your pumpkins...
Scissor Sisters have announced they'll play a special charity gig at the Brixton Academy this Halloween.
Proving they're green-loving as much as glitter-loving the thoughtful tunesters have teamed up with Global Cool - a campaign which aims to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by ten billion tonnes over the next decade.
Saucy Ana Matronic said, Were thrilled to be partying with Global Cool and supporting their campaign.
"Our Halloween gigs are always a special night for us and our fans. Its great to be able to celebrate in true Scissor Sisters style whilst spreading the word about the importance of taking personal action against global warming.
And the band will be swapping their sequins for scary ghoul get-up and encouraging their fans to the same.
Tickets for the gig will go on sale from 9am this Friday 13 (ooh, creepy) on the Global Cool website - fans can register to apply for tickets now at www.global-cool.com.
1 of the ticket cost will go to Oxfam and MTV's Oxjam campaign.
