Seal Counter Files For Divorce From Heidi

Pop star Seal has counter filed for divorce from estranged wife Heidi Klum, just a few days after the supermodel filed for divorce from him.

And according to Access Hollywood the 49-year-old has requested joint custody of the couple's four children, in contrast to Heidi's request for sole custody.

British-born Seal had expressed his hope that they might get back together, but now cites irreconcilable differences as his reason for divorce.

Since they announced their split to the public on January 22 this year, Seal has given a number of interviews to the media on the subject.

In a recent interview he said: "My love for her has not waned one iota. I love her with all my heart. How can you not love somebody [who] you've spent eight years with?"
