A Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez Duet Has Appeared

You’ve heard us correctly. A Justin Bieber/Selena Gomez duet is floating about online.

YES - A JELENA DUET EXISTS!

Back when Justin and Selena were an item, there were many rumours that the two had recorded music together.

‘Can’t Steal Our Love’ seems to be proof that these rumours were true after all.

The duet is a mid-tempo pop ballad in which Selena laments the fact that her relationship is all over the place.

“'I can’t seem to hide from the lies / I can’t discuss myself / I’ve built these walls so high that I can’t climb myself'”

The track then builds into a passionate chorus:'"They can’t steal our love'”.

Taking into account the personal nature of most of Selena’s break-up songs: ‘The Heart What It Wants’, 'Sober' and ‘Love Will Remember’,to name just a few,we think that ‘Can’t Steal Our Love’ could really be as autobiographical as it sounds.

Justin’s verse, in this leak, just consists of him humming/mumbling the melody over the production, which leads us to think thisthis is either ademo that was scrapped ora demo and there is still a final version out there. We want it so badly!

‘Can’t Steal Our Love’ is not the first evidence of a Jelena duet either. In 2015 a demo of a Jelena duet called ‘Strong’leaked and last year it appeared that Selena was either the first choice for DJ Snake’s ‘Let Me Love You’ or the track was originally meant to be a duet with Justin. Selena debuted a snippet of her version on her Snapchat soon after the singlecame out.

Whatever theirrecording history though, we’re hoping that this leak means that the former lovers can put their differences aside and give us the duet that we’ve been waiting for. Or perhaps Selena can record a song with her new beauThe Weeknd.
