Convicted Selena Gomez Intruder At Her Home Again
Cops called after trespasser breaches court order less than a week after being convicted...
A man who was last week convicted of trespassing at Selena Gomez' home has been apprehended there again - despite a court order to stay away.
E! News reports that cops nabbed homeless Che Cruz, 20, at the property owned by Sel-Go in the Calabasas area on the outskirts of Los Angeles.
Cruz had only days before been sentenced to a 45-day stay in county jail when he was convicted of trespassing previously - and had also been ordered to stay 150 yards from Gomez' property.
But he was apparently released from jail having previously served seven days prior to trial.
Cruz had been given three years' probation after his conviction, so may now return to jail for breaching that order.
E! reports: "He was arrested for violating a court order and is being held in lieu of $20,000 bail."
There was no word on whether Sel-Go was at home this time, but she was in when the intruder struck before.
