Sel-Go appeared visibly exhausted when she emerged from her vehicle, tripping and falling onto the pavement as she tried to step out.
Her slip-up may have happened because she was attempting to hide her face behind her hair and sunglasses.
Apologising to waiting fans, she said: "I'm sorry I'm just so tired."
