If it already feels a bit like there's a Pretty Little Liarsshaped hole in your heart then worry not as Netflix and Selena Gomez have your back with a brand new show set to fill the gap when PLL endslater this spring.

It's called 13 Reasons Why and if that sounds familiar, it might be because it's based on the best-selling YA book of the same nameby Jay Asher.

Selena is executive producing the project (ooh fancy), which tells the story of Clay (Dylan Minnette), a high school kid who returns home one day to find a mysterious package on his doorstep. Inside are a set of cassette tapes classmate Hannah, who tragically committeed suicide two weeks earlier, has recorded explaining the 13 reasons why she ended her life.

Each reason involves one of their classmates and Hannah asks Clay to deliver the tapes to them one by one. If he doesn't, she says she's asked another of their classmates to leak the tapes incriminating their classmates to the entire school.
