Selena Gomez Has Some Thoughts On Those Kanye West Lyrics
#TeamTaylor all the way…
They’re the most controversial 15 words of the hour, and another celebrity is weighing in on them. Yes, Kanye West’s lyrics about Taylor Swift on his track ‘Famous’ has split the music world, and, with so many conflicting reports, it’s hard to know what to make of them. Apparently Taylor has called the line misogynistic, while Kanye took to Twitter to say it was all TayTay’s idea. It’s all a massive mess, tbh.
But now Selena Gomez has thrown her hat into the ring, and it’s safe to say she’s with Taylor all the way.
Speaking on SiriusXM, she said: "Taylor's killing it and she kind of always has been. Everybody has their own opinion. At the end of the day, you can just do what you do.”
Selena’s slamming comes after Orange Is The New Black fan favourite, Ruby Rose, took to Twitter to say that enough is enough when it comes to Kanye:
Too many lines crossed. If I put myself in the shoes of the women he has hurt recently. Victims of Bill Cosby, The Slut shaming, Amber...

And now my dear friend Taylor.. Right before another huge moment for her.. Can I still support him and call myself a feminist? A friend? No.

I'm a fan of progress. All progress. Progress towards equal rights. That unites us as one. No homophobia, no racism, no sexism. Period.

Gigi Hadid also took to Twitter to denounce the lyrics:
My attendance somewhere does not mean I agree with everything being said in the music playing there. My friends know of my loyalty.
