Seth Rogen Nails His Lip Sync Battle Performance Of Drake's Hotline Bling - Complete With Turtleneck
Jimmy Fallon also performed Ken Jones' earworm 'Don't Mind', and it was pretty special...
Seth Rogen channelled the spirit of his fellow Canadian, the 6ix god himself, as he pulled on a sweater and performed Drake’s ‘Hotline Bling’ in a lip sync battle on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon. The ‘Superbad’ and ‘Pineapple Express’ star nailed it.
Before that performance, the ‘Steve Jobs’ actor said: "I've been a fan of The Roots since literally the day I was born." Rogen then performed the band's 1995 track "live", miming into Questlove's comb while The Roots played along.
Fallon was distraught, turning to The Roots to say: “How could you?! How could you? We’re family! I had no idea… oh my god that was awesome…you lent him a pick too! Straight to the heart…I’m shaking…well done Seth Rogen.”
Jimmy Fallon performed Kent Jones' 'Don't Mind' and a fiery rendition of Onyx’s 1993 song ‘Slam’, which ended up with Fallon sprawled across the Tonight Show floor. “That was incredible,” said Rogen, as Fallon struggled to catch his breath.
Finally, Rogen donned a grey turtleneck sweater to perform a perfect rendition of Hotline Bling. Thank you Seth Rogen. Thank you. Watch the video below:
