Okay we admit it, we've kind of been shipping Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello for a while now and it's getting us nowhere.

That was until they stopped by to see James Corden on The Late Late Show this week, where we were finally given some answers!

Well, sort of.

Chatting before their performance James decided to ask some questions sent in by fans, and it didn't take long before he was forced to ask if they're a couple.

Cue all of the awkward denial on the planet and James actually saying: "Why don’t you? There’s no way you haven’t made out. You totally have."

But no, apparently Shawn admitted that he's tried but "she swerves me off."
