Shia LeBeouf wasnt at fault for his serious car crash on Sunday- according to the Police. The Transformers star has still been warned for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol when the accident occurred. Authorities say the other driver involved ran a red light causing the crash- which turned over Shias pick up truck! Yes he drives a pick up truck. LeBeouf suffered an injured hand in the incident which means his is unable to continue shooting on Transformers 2 for a month. Shias father is a former Heroin addict who the star has suggested is to blame for his drink problem He said in a recent interview: "We used to drink together and smoke together. And it's just a bad deal. It's not something that is conducive to being a role model. The Indiana Jones star continued: No iconic actors that I know of have problems like that. And I don't know how to do it like a gentleman. I don't know how to have one drink.
