Transformers' Shia LeBeouf Cleared

Shia LeBeouf has luckily escaped drink-driving charges relating to a serious car crash that happened in July.

Police have said there is not enough evidence to prosecute the star of Transformers and Indiana Jones for driving under the influence.

The actor was arrested late on July 27 after crashing his truck in a near fatal collision with another car in LA.

Cops revealed that Shia was intoxicated when they arrived on the scene. However sources close to him said that he wasnt drunk but had been drinking earlier in the day.

LeBeouf injured his hand in the crash causing a delay to filming on Transformers 2.
