Stephen's a freshman in college, but his heart still belongs in Laguna.

Last fall, he left behind the beach, the sun, and his long-term girlfriend Kristin to attend school in San Francisco. Good thing he had his friend LC with him up there. It looked like their on-again-off-again romance might finally have room to bloom.

But will things change with LC when she decides to leave school and return to Laguna?
