You can also find me and Rickie with our good friend Charlie on Kiss Breakfast.

New music is one of my major passions so I also presented my own music based show for 4Music and Channel 4 focusing on new artists from the UK.

I also feature in the BAFTA award winning CBBC show ‘The Slammer’ a show produced by Steve Ryde, who brought you the kids TV programme ‘Dick and Dom In Da Bungalow’ (which I also featured in!). I have also worked on CBBC shows ‘Swap Shop’, ‘Smart’, ‘Tiny And Mr Duck’, and ‘Harry Batt’.

My media roots sprouted when I studied media and drama at A-Level which led me to gain a Media Performance and Radio degree at university where I met my crazy comrade Rickie Haywood-Williams. From there I started working as a freelance broadcast assistant for 1Xtra where I produced, voiced features, recorded and organised guest interviews.

As well as working on MTV (Radio and TV) and Kiss, in my spare time Rickie and I work on numerous projects. We organise social events, which allow us to showcase our talent as presenters and sometimes a bit of acting..!!  Have a look at ment2excel.com and let us know what you think!!!

We also work with Myspace UK, presenting celebrity interviews for ‘The Hook Up’ and gaining exclusive behind-the-scenes access - most recently visiting the 'Flash Gordon' TV Set and Justin Timberlake’s Dancer Workshop!

   1. I’m good at sewing.
   2. I don’t like football. (I don’t sound very manly so far do I)
   3. I completed Streets Of Rage 2 on The Sega Mega Drive in 1 week while I had chicken pox
   4. I can speak very basic German (It is not a very good language for chatting up girls)
   5. Rickie and I entered a talent competition at uni and won by singing a song from R&B artist Sisqo. (The person who has the video from that competition could bribe the hell out of us)
   6. If I have not eaten or if am tired I get very moody
   7. I own a Blue Peter badge and a Grange Hill badge
   8. I put Salad Cream on everything. (I would brush my teeth with it if it had more calcium)
   9. I lost my car for an 2 hours once because I forgot where I had parked it
  10. My middle name is Kuuku (It’s my African name which means I was born on Wednesday)
