About

The Hills follows Laguna Beach's Lauren Conrad as she moves to the bright lights of Los Angeles, makes new pals and chases her dream career in fashion. Through Lauren we meet Heidi, Audrina and Whitney and follow the girls' lives as they take full advantage of the party scene that LA has to offer. Season 1 Lauren moves to LA with best friend Heidi Montag. She spends her days attending the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and working at Teen Vogue. Heidi decides that college isn't for her and begins working for event-planning firm, Bolthouse Productions. Lauren decides to give old flame Jason a second chance, but when she's offered a summer internship in Paris, will she follow her heart or her career dreams? Season 2 With a year in Los Angeles under their belts, Lauren Conrad and her friends Heidi, Audrina and Whitney are learning that being young women in the big city isn't as easy as they thought. The girls are older, wiser and now single, facing new challenges at work and school. But this year, when new boys force them to make tough choices, Lauren and the girls are about to find out that not even their friendships can be taken for granted. Season 3 Whitney has graduated college and is dealing with the stress of her first real job and the drama of being newly single. Audrina is trying to handle her first real boyfriend, but hitting the town every night with her single roommate Lauren doesn't make it easy. Heidi's trying to play house with Spencer and deal with the separation from her best friend Lauren. Lauren and Heidi haven't spoken at all since Heidi moved in with Spencer. But when Spencer wants to take their relationship to the next level, who can Heidi turn to for advice? Lauren's had enough of being single and is looking for Mr. Right, but with new responsibilities at Teen Vogue, a new roommate, and a boyfriend from her past back in her life, how will she ever find him? Is Hollywood big enough for one group of close friends who have been torn in two? And when this feud comes to a head, how will Lauren hold it all together? Season 4 The girls are beginning to make some big decisions that will set the course for the rest of their lives. While Lauren struggles to balance the tension between her roommates, Audrina and Lo, she starts dating Doug, an old flame from Laguna Beach. Meanwhile, Brody, Audrina and just about everyone else warn Lauren not to trust her new friend, Stephanie Pratt (Spencer's sister). And when Lauren makes a surprising discovery about Stephanie and Doug, she realises that her friends might be right. Just as Audrina thinks it's time to let her boyfriend Justin go and start dating Colin, Justin turns up the heat in their relationship, leaving her torn. Whitney rises up the ranks at People's Revolution much faster than she expected and meets a model in New York who could sweep her off her feet. And Heidi deals with the consequences of moving back in with Spencer, including putting her job at risk. As if that wasn't enough, Heidi's sister Holly comes from Colorado for an indefinite visit, putting some serious pressure on her renewed relationship with Spencer. Season 5 Heidi and Spencer's wedding brought everyone together - and now that Kristin Cavallari is back on the scene, she's not going anywhere. She has L.A nearly conquered, but she still needs to find "the one" to share it with. When she crosses paths with Justin-Bobby, sparks fly. Audrina seems to have moved on from Justin, with a new man in her life, but that doesn't mean she's ready to see him with another girl - especially not Lauren's old rival Kristin. Meanwhile Brody is still with his Playmate girlfriend Jayde, but with his ex-girlfriend Kristin back on the scene, how long will it last? Heidi and Spencer move to suburbia and a life of wedded bliss, but they quickly discover that married life isn't as perfect as their storybook wedding. Season 6 Kristin, Audrina and Heidi learn that the people they love the most can be the hardest to hold on to. Kristin has made some enemies in LA, but now that her summer romance with Justin is fading, she wants to make friends. But when Kristin ditches the girls in Miami, rumours surface about her partying and late nights. Luckily, she's got her friend Brody to stand by her - and soon they're "friends with benefits". But in a city full of women that he's conquered, Brody soon meets a new girl and may also have his eye on someone he's never been able to get a hold of - Audrina. Audrina finds a fresh start and a true shot at happiness when she starts dating her old friend, Ryan Cabrera. Ryan is everything that Justin isn't - and he's ready to commit. But no matter how many times she swears him off, Justin is never really out of Audrina's life. Seeing Justin playing with his band makes her wonder if Ryan is the man she really wants. No one has changed more than Heidi. Because of her cosmetic surgeries, Heidi has to endure the disapproval of her mother and friends. And a year into their marriage, Spencer is more distant from his family and friends than ever before. After years of fighting for him and their relationship, Heidi has to decide if she's ready to stand by him - for better or worse.
