The 37-year-old American socialite, who is in the process of divorcing her husband, was spotted arriving at Nice airport yesterday - and was showing signs of her baby bump.
The X Factor boss SiCo is claimed by The Sun to already be holidaying with ex-GFs Mezghan Hussainy, Sinitta and Jackie St Clair on the French Riviera.
But a source told the paper that "his priority is Lauren".
Cowell opened up about his impending fatherhood at the One Direction movie premiere on Tuesday night.
