Simon Cowell has apparently fallen for another make-up artist who is a dead ringer for SiCo's ex-colleague, Cheryl Cole.
The music mogul, who is thought to have split with his make-up artist fiancée Mezhgan Hussainy earlier this year, has confessed he's got the hots for Francesca Neill - who is currently working as Alesha Dixon's assistant on Britain's Got Talent.

Speaking to Britain's Got More Talent presenter Stephen Mulhern, SiCo revealed that despite having a crush on Francesca - who has previously dated R&B singer Craig David - he hasn't spoken to her yet.

Cowell claimed: "We have the new, cutest make-up artist. But I just can't talk to her, I'm kind of tongue-tied."
When asked by Mulhern if he wanted him to put in a good word with Neill, the 52-year old coyly replied: "No, that would make it awkward."
Simon's fellow BGT judge David Walliams went on to add: "She's got a boyfriend" to which Cowell responded: "Good."
In an attempt to wind SiCo up, Stephen joked: "I hear he's a cagefighter", leaving a surprised Simon stating: "Great. Is he really? No he's not!"

A friend of Cowell's has since told The Sun: "Simon thinks Francesca is beautiful — and, of course, he has a soft spot for make-up artists."
After Simon's revelation, Francesca's pals have poked fun at her on Twitter, with one even tweeting: "Simon totes wants to get in your panties!!!"
Simon admitted in January that his [uuid=d1a51969-a973-46e1-b0f0-0724015dd6ce]romance with Hussainy was on the rocks[/uuid], stating: "It's quite a complicated relationship. We have had a break from each other, and we are still incredibly close."
