According to The Sun, The X Factor judge and Hussainy are looking for a home with at least six bedrooms, tennis courts, a swimming pool and numerous number of garages for his growing car collection.
SiCo and his wife-to-be have allegedly seen a number of houses in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, but still haven't found the right mansion to set up home.

A source told the newspaper: "Simon is particular about what he likes and contemporary is more his style while Mezhgan likes a house to have character."

The music mogul is reportedly planning on marrying Mezhagn in Britain to make his 83-year old, mother Julie happy.
