Slipknot Tour Won’t Be Affected After Mick Thomson Stabbing

Slipknot's tour schedule reportedly won't be affected after news emerged yesterday that band member Mick Thomson had been stabbed in the head by his brother Andrew during a drunken fight in the early hours of Wednesdaymorning.

Iowa-based news channel KCCI learned from their manager that the incident will not impact futureshows with Mick's condition thought to be non life-threatening.

According to reports, police were called to his house in Des Moines after reports of two brothers fighting in a front yard. On arrival they found Thomson with a stab wound to the back of the head.

Mick and Andrewwere sent to hospitals in separate ambulancesbut, according to 'BBC's Newsbeat,' both have now been released.
