Fans Rally Around Sophie Kasaei Following Her Emotional Post About Feeling 'Down'

Geordie Shore lass Sophie Kasaei just got incredibly real with her fans on Twitter about her current headspace after admitting she's not usually one to speak out about the way she's feeling.

Soph's honest post resonated with so many of her fans, with loads replying with messages of support.

"I’m never really one to show emotion or talk about it," Sophie began her tweet.

She continued: "but I’m not even hungover and I feel down. I can’t stop picking faults with myself and analysing so many flaws with my body."

Sophie added that despite finding a man who loves her for the absolutely amazing worldie that she is, she can't help the way that she's feeling.

And that's completely okay.

"I found someone who loves me for me but can’t stop like wtf wrong with u Sophie sort urself out 😢," she concluded her tweet.

Soph's tweet is relatable af, and countless fans let her know that they understand exactly how she's feeling.
