Sophie Kasaei Thought She’d Always Be The ‘Fat One From Geordie Shore’

Sophie Kasaei is looking amazing rn. Seriously, check out her Insta if you haven’t recently, the Geordie Shore babe has pretty much transformed herself with a new approach to diet and exercise. 

But before she got fit, she’d basically accepted that she’d forever be known as the ‘fat one from Geordie Shore’. Which actually makes our heart break a little, tbh.

Posting a before and after picture of herself on Instagram, Sophie wrote; “I was so unhappy in the before picture and the truth is I was. I had just resided myself to the fact that I would always be the fat one from Geordie Shore. 

“But then I made some simple changes and worked on my diet and health. You too can make a change starting today,” she added encouragingly. 

Sophie’s managed to lose an impressive 2 stone is six months, going from a size 16 to a size 8. But we’ve alway thought she’s a total worldie. 

Geordie Shore Series 16 starts Tuesday 9th January at 10pm - only on MTV!
