Spencer Pratt has delivered Twitter gold yet again this week, this time taking aim at actual supermodel Gigi Hadid.

The reality star reckons he simply direct messaged the 21-year-old about some casual Jiu Jitsu training, because who doesn't love a bit of martial art?

'I DM'd @GiGIHadid about training Jiu Jitsu and she unfollowed me,' Spencer wrote.

Adding: 'Guess she forgot I shot her reality show pilot before she was famous.'

Yeah, um, we guess she did…

But those two do actually go way back, as Gigi and Spencer's ex best friend Brody Jenner share a stepfather in David Foster, who was married to Brody's mum Linda Thompson from 1991-2005 and Gigi's mum Yolanda from 2011-2015.
