Mel C has hinted at the possibility of another Spice Girls reunion… despite Victoria Beckham's recent announcement that she will never rejoin the group.

During an interview with PA, Sporty Spice teased that the girl group will most likely do something to mark the 20th anniversary of their debut single Wannabe in 2016.

She explained: "It's funny isn't it because people are saying it's the 20 year anniversary of the Spice Girls, and we did get together in '94, but Wannabe wasn't released until '96 so we don't really see it until '96.

"And you might see a few of us having a little dance about on stage, no plans, but we'll see what we can do for you."

Her bandmate Mel B has also expressed an interest in reuniting the Spice Girls, but Victoria recently poured cold water on the plans, telling Vanity Fair Italy: "I won't ever do it again.

“Sometimes you have to know when it is time to leave the party. Singing at the Olympics was an incredible honour. I was so proud to do it."

Beckham added: "That was the perfect time to say, ‘That’s great, thanks to all, but enough'."
