Jennifer Metcalfe Pulls Out Of Splash!

Jennifer Metcalfe has withdrawn from ITV's celebrity diving showSplash!in the wake of her recent love split.

The 29-year-old, who plays Mercedes McQueen in Channel 4 soap Samia Ghadie - although she has since insisted that she is single.

ITV have given no reason for Jen's departure from the show, but The Mirror quotes a friend as saying that she is upset over the split.

"Jen wants to rid their house of everything to do with him. It’s all just too painful and she’ll put his bags on the drive herself if she has to.

"It's a good thing he's away at the moment. It's the safest place for him."
